Warpony Community Outreach Inc. is a 501c(3) non-profit organization started in 2000 by Raymond Vann, Sioux Smith-Vann, Jack Christie and Art Floyd. Its mission is to serve the people of the 14 county Cherokee nation with all necessities to make their quality of life better! Due to the spiral of the economy Warpony has used all of its money reserves. With Raymond Vann's vigilance and hard work he has managed to obtain food, furniture, clothing, and more for those in need. He continues a his own expense to serve the Cherokee people and any and all who are in need.

The Cherokee Elders Council is a 501 c(3) charity that promotes the Cherokee language, culture, and traditions through teaching and community involvement. They operate a free store known as the Cherokee Rainbow House. This store offers school supplies, emergency food quality clothing and household items free to customers in a manner designed to protect and maintain individual dignity. There are no paid positions in the Cherokee Rainbow House. It is staffed and managed by an all volunteer group of dedicated individuals.
